Store image info (from email) to MySQL database.

Operation:

 - parses/unpacks incoming mail (on stdin)
 - all image attachments are stored in IMGFOLDER under unique name
 - image/email metadata are stored in MySQL database (table IMGTABLE)
 - adheres to qmail-command(8) interface
